The CEO is toxic and short-sighted, often belittling and bullying employees. Poor work–life balance; I now understand the concerns raised by recently departed engineers. It's my understanding that dedicated engineers were terminated in a manner that prevented them from accessing unemployment benefits.

No accountability, no organization, no documentation, no onboarding, no clear processes, at any level... nothing. No desire for any of these things either.
