Pros
Singular offers real ownership and autonomy — you're not just a cog in a machine. The team structure (tribes) keeps work focused and collaborative, and leadership genuinely invests in professional growth. The AI-first culture means you're always working with cutting-edge tools. Remote-friendly, Latin American talent, U.S.-level projects.
Cons
Fast-paced environment means priorities can shift quickly — you need to be comfortable with ambiguity. As the company scales, some processes are still maturing, which requires adaptability.
Pros
Different projects and gain experience
Cons
Poor payment system, poor coordination, terrible salary
Pros
My experience with Singular Agency has been a mix of positives and challenges. The technology stack and tools they use are modern and well-maintained, which is definitely a plus. However, knowledge sharing is limited, as the environment can feel quite hostile at times.
Cons
However, it's important to note that their compensation structure is based solely on client approval, meaning hours are only paid if the client accepts the work. Additionally, hours are allocated by the agency and may not cover a full-time schedule, which can lead to periods of underutilization. Another significant concern is the expectation to commit full-time availability while attending 6–7 hours of unpaid meetings each week. This imbalance between expectations and compensation can make it feel as though you're contributing time and effort without appropriate recognition or remuneration. While the team and technical aspects are strong, I would encourage the agency to consider more equitable compensation practices to better reflect the time and commitment required from collaborators.
