Pay is good Good 401K
Cons
Supervisor plays favorites and doesn't hold people accountable. He hangs out with some of the other workers outside of work which is unprofessional. You get farther if you're sociable, all the hard workers get treated poorly while the others get to do what they want (talking). Owner is very unprofessional as well and clearly isn't stable, degrading you while you are being terminated.. If you like to work hard this is not the place to do that.

Pros
Fun atmosphere for the most part, small business, tuition reimbursement, laid back, great owner, ability to do treatments on the side in the treatment room. The first 2 years you get raises quickly.
Cons
Absolutely NO room for advancement, tied to a desk/phone. If you choose to do a working lunch (work through lunch and eat at your desk instead of clocking out for lunch) you will not be able to eat, as the phone could ring and no one will help out. Somewhat catty at times, not a lot of consistency with policies (some people get away with things and others are punished).
