      Pros

      When you spend more time at work then you do at home it is nice to work for a company that tries really hard to accommodate a work/life balance. Also, the people are great and so is the vision of the company. SmartBank is a growing company and that can lead to a lot of advancement opportunities.

      Cons

      While it can be nice to work for a growing company that means that you also have to be willing and able to adapt to change. If that is something you find hard to adjust to then this may not be the right company for you.

      Great community bank in Tennessee and Florida

      Pros

      Tennessee locations promote a positive, community driven bank that provides great service to customers. Great Human Resources department and a family feel with co-workers. CEO Billy Carroll is awesome and really built a great model in Tennessee.

      Cons

      Florida locations promote different style than Tennessee, culture is not translated through even though the low level employees try. Florida's regional president says he wants "SmartBank to stink less than the competition." Executive management does not trust leaders beneath them and question their decisions or change them. No coaching exists.
