SmartContact is a great work environment with cool coworkers who aren't boring, cubicle robots. The job itself is easy, so long as you are able to follow basic directions. Pays well for what they ask of its employees.
Cons
Requires flexible work hours that may or may not coincide with your schedule; Mondays are mandatory.
The people at Smart Contact are as good as they come. The family like relaxed atmosphere really helps to contribute to the "no stress" environment.
The management makes sure that communication is key with all employees. Ownership echoes these sentiments . I would recommend Smart Contact as a great place to work.

I have not recognized downsides to working at Smart Contact yet. Overall it's a great place to work.
