Everything.. The company is by far one of the worst places I have ever worked. Leadership is non existent. Like a dictatorship with no actual management skill or credentials. Highly recommend to avoid this place! Sad but true not a great environment!

Avoid! This is a terrible company to work for, either your face fits and the owner and his wife will move you to their management team or it won’t and it will be a living hell, wondering if you’ll be in next weeks cuts and redundancies. The environment is toxic and me and my colleagues were reduced to crying in the office, it’s a regular thing! The owner changes his mind all the time, there is no time for one plan or campaign to run before changing his mind and moving on to something else, just wasting money and time, upsetting people along the way. Read the negative reviews, they are telling the truth!
