Some people are really nice and it was great working with them

Cons

Some managers make their personal issues with the employees prior to the company's value and reputation. Sometimes you feel like you are being exploited. Psychological violence and intimidation efforts by one of the managers

Promotes the people who follow the most blindly, creating a cycle of delusion, specifically in Product. Pay is terrible and under market rate. Makes you purchase your own laptop/home office equipment
