Management used to be great. They cared and fostered a supportive environment. Great co-workers Tons of opportunity for growth and improving your skills within the company.
Cons
They sold the company and the new management is incredibly misogynistic. Especially the new CEO, Raj who can be a bully. CEO actively discourages open communication between departments which makes work much more difficult and disregards any employee who is not at least middle management. CEO is incredibly rude to employees when he feels they are under performing and talks to them like they are slaves. CEO also refuses to help employees who intend to update their skills and qualifications and insists 'everything can be learnt on YouTube'. He is based in the US and has left day to day operations to his incredibly under qualified daughter He is actively gutting and downsizing many departments and outsourcing job roles to India because they will be 'cheaper'
