Pros
Hard to say, but the product is (or was) at least mostly functional. Hours were somewhat flexible as well.
Cons
Zero accountability, management spent all their time openly fighting with each other for power rather than getting anything done. The product remained essentially unchanged since 2011, with the exception that the "commitment to remain free" has turned into a required monthly membership fee for customers.
