Pros
Everyone at the office is committed to each other, fun activities are organized and certainly the consultants themselves are very interested in each other. Despite the fact that as a consultant you come to the office once a week (Friday), the atmosphere is very good and of course you get to know each other even better during the Friday afternoon drink. The walks you take with colleagues ensures that you get to know each other very well! The assignments are very different, from process optimization within de Volksbank to a quantitative case within ABN Amro. Every consultant has his own expertise and you get the opportunity to improve it. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to grow in other assignments where you may be less familiar. All assignments take place within the financial services sector. Therefore, you can grow very quickly in this sector, a sector where the work never stops. You will also be assigned a personal performance manager who will take the time to ask you how things are going once every two weeks. Here you can discuss what you need and where Solid can help to achieve maximum personal growth. You will also receive a budget to follow external courses from which you will receive official certificates (such as Wft and Green / black belt), full of opportunities to also work on your CV! All in all, I think Solid is a very nice organization to work for. The assignments are challenging and versatile, the opportunities to learn more are encouraged and the people in the organization provide a pleasant working atmosphere.
Cons
Several courses have recently been implemented in the three-year track. Although these may still need some attention, they are constantly updated to best suit the personal wishes of each consultant.
