Pros
Definitely treat all staff really well. Annual trips, parties and events are a big benefit. The staff are honestly all really nice people, even senior management are really relatable and there's not too much sense of hierarchy. A lot of managers or product specialists are young so you can progress fairly easily.
Cons
The role itself can get a bit repetitive, it can be a lot of customer support with not much to break it up. Teaching is good but also can have it's challenges. On-site training can be a bit boring and you will be staying away for a few nights.
