    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at SolomonEdwards (More than a year)

    Pros

None. This is an organization started from the scraps of other recruiting organizations by those that could not hold their own in an industry that is only a step above selling used cars.

    Cons

Contractors are hired with the promise that they will have access to full time opportunities, but when they ask about the job bank are told they are not permitted to interview as long as they are on staff. Recruiters are mostly those who could not make it in organizations with a brand name. Other recruiting agencies prefer to not see this on your resume.

    Advice to Management

None, because the CEO would not listen to advise and senior management has no input.
