      Pros

      The CEO is very friendly.

      Cons

      The company doesn't really care about you. They hire people on and contract them out to larger engineering firms and skim money off the top of your paycheck for themselves. I would avoid working here at all costs and try to get directly hired on to one of the larger firms they contract people out to. Know your worth.

      They have relationships with good companies

      They tell their employees they will give a raise after 3 months but then never do, lot of dishonesty from leadership

      Pay is at least competitive with non-subcontractor employees

      Cons

      Missed my paycheck a couple of times, non-existent communication, terrible benefits, their only responsibility is to pay you and even they mess that up.
