I worked at Source, Inc. full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There were no pros working at this company. The only successful people, and there were a couple, had been in the industry or with them for 20+ years.

    Cons

My entire experience was bad. Started from HR lying to me saying the bad reviews I pointed out to them was another company in Chicago with the same name. I believed them and hired on. No support, no focus, lack of qualified management, law suits, terrible reputation, and that is just the surface.

    Advice to Management

Don't even know where to start...

I got tired of the misinformation from management and left

    Pros

SOURCE is a great company to work for providing if upper management can stop padding their pockets, and treat their long term employees fair and invest more in them.

    Cons

SOURCE use to be a great company to work for, however, some of the longtime management has the lack of vision and company to struggle financially.

    Advice to Management

All of them need to take a good reality check within themselves and see if the really want have the ability lead, create vision, be fair to employee's or just collecting a check is more important than making a difference.

    Pros

Small company with mostly nice people. Ideas you have will be used if they help the company.

    Cons

Company originally sold used PBX telephone parts. Since the demise of the PBX they have had trouble finding their niche and the company just loses ground year after year.

There appeared to be a culture of different types of addiction which could be very disruptive at times. This is the main reason I left.

CEO was not the most stable person and hindered the company's growth.

    Advice to Management

    Replace the CEO.
