Pros

Steady employment people aren't breathing down your neck good pay for entry level friendly management

Cons

Company benefits are expensive some lack of directions mostly small details that you learn to look out for but definitely frustrating learning experience and they sometimes have material shortages that lead to a lot of down time employees are kinda disposable tho
