      Struggling company, okay for students/no rent to pay

      Pros

      Doesn't seem to matter if you are incompetent, intoxicated, insufferable, or all of the above. The odd selection of individuals with health/substance abuse problems will definitely affect ones environment, performance, and morale. However, if you want a job where you can check out all day, might be a perfect fit.

      Nice coworkers outside of management and employee discount?

      - No fun left - Zero Accountability and plenty of micromanagement, while also lacking direction. - Long term employees consistently get a pass for poor performance. - Many 'benefits', like profit sharing, educational credits, and on-site yoga were offered when I joined never existed. - Pay is well below market - Internal environment is very different from what they want it to appear as.
