      - Flexible working hours - Just good environment

      Cons

      - They do not acknowledge that talented employees can be located outside the United Kingdom. - Hire exclusively UK-based employees and lower the number of other teams throughout the world. - There are no career options if you do not have UK nationality. - Micromanagement and the inability to express your opinion. - All posts to social media must come from the company, and it is not permitted to post something different. - Aggressive approach from management to team. - No polite responses and not tolerating any other opinions.

      -Amazing company culture, collaborative, open / transparent, with a good deal of autonomy, empowering staff to flourish -Benefits are very strong - healthcare, good pension, flexible working, salary sacrifice EV car scheme -Small business so works in an agile way, but part of CSI, giving security and access to a wider network -People-focussed organisation with a great deal of focus on training / learning and development and a genuine track record of promoting from within
