Many teams had poor management and planning
Handling of contracts was frequently delayed and caused undue stress
While expected, given less than a week notice for official layoff notice with extremely poor communication before and after notice
Quarterly benefits were always late, sometimes being almost a full quarter late after being announced
One of my biggest concerns when I was hired, and at various points throughout my employment, was what would happen if the contract I was working on wasn't renewed/cancelled but I was continuously informed that if a contract I was on wasn't renewed or cancelled, as long as I was in good standing, Special Aerospace Services would transfer me to a new contract or, at worst, internal work would be found for me until a new contract was established. This happened under original management but once ownership of the company changed, I was laid off with less than a weeks notice
Average to below average compensation
Company culture has completely disappeared as profits are all that seem to matter now
