Pros
Having never had experience in manufacturing, learning about how the company's ultraviolet leak detection products worked was initially interesting, as were some custom projects.
Cons
Very dated company culture; I've never seen an office with so much paper. Office workers are held to a rigid factory schedule; absolutely no schedule flexibility or work-life balance considerations. Can't even step outside if not on schedule lunch time; the most restrictive, senselessly strict company I've worked for that reminded me much of being back in Catholic High school.
