      Pros

      Most of the people working here are wonderful. The pay is good and you can tell the owner values his employees. Compensation and benefits are good or better than average in my opinion.

      Cons

      Absolutely no accountability. Seems there is very little interest in hitting project milestones or completion dates. It is easy to see the picture management paints for the owner is not a true representation of what is truly going on.

      I'm glad that you enjoy working at Spectrum! Thanks for your honest feedback. It is sometimes difficult to juggle multiple projects, with varying priorities, and stay on track, and clearly we could do better. We'll take your suggestions and advice into account as we move through projects.
