Spigot is a very good organization to grow up with it career. I have started my IT career at Spigot, I learnt many new technology which is helping me now. I built my confident, my career at Spigot because of that now I am working at USA with reputed MNC company. I can specially thanks to Srinath Sir the CEO of the company,. Who is the best mentor I can say. Because of him I am here now. Spigot gives lots of benefits to employee. Coming to salary pary: There is no delay of salary. Every month I got my salary.

There are no benefits in this company. We dont know when our position will be terminated

It says something at the time of recuruitment but actually the terms are different once hired. They said will be on the payroll of Thomson reuters after 6 months but they have not upto their words and they are cheating at the time of hiring by delibrately giving wrong statements which intends to be false. They will also remove from their payrolls once contract period is terminated at client end. I totally dissatisfied with this company.

1) Ample of opportunities to grow career wise 2) Management is very friendly. 3) Very good for freshers as they will get very good command on technology wise 4) Team members are very supportive and friendly 5) Appreciate for hard workers

Cons

1) No cafetaria 2) Need to stretch work timings as they have less strength to manage everything.
