      Some good/nice people work there.

      Cons

      This company doesn't seem to have a roadmap or clear plan of where they are going - in any sense. They hired quite a few people and then laid them off in under a year, because of poor planning, with no explanation. They also definitely play favorites with different people and groups. While I was there, the benefits were horrible as well, and no one ever did anything to fix it after upper management was told many times. Don't waste your time with this company, if you get hired, you'll probably get laid off soon!

      Almost none. But since the app doesn't allow me to post with no comments , i added this comment for the safe of adding it. I guess good salary was a plus.

      Cons

      FinTech needs to be strong in tech and this company is really poor because she doesn't have one at all.

      Slow-moving, tiny company with diva managers

      Pros

      Good coffee. New building, good parking.

      Cons

      No camaraderie, a few cliques, otherwise, people sit quietly, do their work, don't talk to one another and go home. For a small company (40 people), it feels like a church.
