      Great work life balance, unlimited time off, good people to work with.

      Cons

      Developers tend to be underpaid. In the past couple years, the company's become more money-focused and stopped reinvesting that into employees via salary/events/team building/healthcare/etc. Instead they just keep acquiring new companies.

      Teammates were great Customers appreciated hard work

      Cons

      No diversity at all, this is a good old boys company, unless you are a middle aged white guy the glass ceiling is unbreakable, promoting from within to executive positions does not happen. Retribution seems to be ok at this company. It’s sad. Free thinkers should shy away from this company at all cost!
