      Pros

      so i would start with working environment, very nice it is, seniors are very supportive, anytime you can react out to them. you get to work from the first day you join and i think for a fresher who needs overall development, it's very helpful.

      the fact that they provide in in house lunch services i guess is only thing i could think of

      lack of sense of direction, when i joined i was really excited to work in an ai company but the picture in reality was something else only, there was no proper training, the manager never contributed in getting to know you and would ask other team members to train me(even they didnt know the whole thing themself).
