      Fun coworkers and employee parties. Health care and dental, sick leave and cumulative PTO, national holidays off and paid.

      Cons

      Too many changes, increasing expectations, threatened with "disciplinary action" if we did not meet their numbers, which were unrealistic. In turn, it affected patient care.
