Super friendly colleagues and management make even the toughest days enjoyable. Each person is definitely part of the solution to providing products we can all be proud of. I love working with people who design and build valuable solutions for improving cancer care, we make a difference in the world and that's great.
Cons
We're so nice that we are sometimes not willing to do the hard work of having difficult conversations. Sometimes perfectionists to a fault.
