      Pros

      Consistently growing company. Opportunities to advance available if you're willing to take some chances. Bonus opportunities in most departments. Fun people to work with. Free food appears out of nowhere in the kitchen.

      Cons

      It's a smaller, family owned, company who treat this like their baby. They have their hands in everything. From my perspective, it's a good thing, but it isn't for everyone. If you would rather be a number than a person I would suggest working elsewhere.
