      Fun people, rough management

      Pros

      The other employees you work with are pretty fun and you grow to share a level of “we’re all on this sinking boat together”.

      Cons

      Management is awful. Every holiday week/weekend is a black out week/weekend and you’re required to work weekends and your normal week day shifts regardless if it’s back to back. Raises are given out few and far between and so are acknowledgements. Sales is a cut throat job, and management encourages that instead of cultivating a team atmosphere. Everyone is on their own.

      great people AS people, they are fun to get along with

      Cons

      The manager will hold raises from you as he sees fit. I worked there for a number of years and had a steady rate with no talk of a raise There are times where you will work alone with operating forklifts with nobody to help you

      Great coworkers but that’s about it depending on your department, easy to move up with if you work hard because of high turnover in most departments

      Cons

      Non-competitive pay, only care about sales people, very much feels like a corporate company in the way that employees are treated but claims to be about small business
