      Large employer in Andover with manufacturing and office roles

      Cons

      Old management delivery, no support for staff whatsoever. No autonomy. Aged CRM systems and processes. No trust in staff. Management are not leaders. HR function was not available with remote working. General office staff unable to hybrid work even though most of the staff do, including people managers who do not want to support the staff.
