      Pros

      The work can be fun but also challenging. There are many opportunities to learn and improve, and the senior team is very supportive. New ideas are always welcome and taken seriously, even from junior employees so you know you actually have a voice regardless of your position. There's flexibility on work-life balance and people are generally very positive too.

      Cons

      Dog therapy every other day. Don't be allergic :)
