• Great work-life balance; I’m able to fully disconnect after 5pm. • Supportive team and positive work environment. • Leadership is open to feedback and improving systems. • As a college student, I’ve been given meaningful opportunities to learn and grow on the job.

• Some processes are still being streamlined, but it’s getting better. • Fast-paced during busy seasons — requires adaptability. • Occasional communication gaps, though improving.

Pros
I have worked at SRI for 10 years in every archaeologist position. I enjoy working with everyone in my office and I am often given interesting projects to work on. There is obviously travel involved but I rarely have to work at night or on weekends. I think the pay is very fair compared to other job postings that I see.
Cons
I have to go to Barstow sometimes.
