Pros

Absolutely nothing about this company

Cons

Bullies, liars and a dirty frat house. Don't be fooled by early Glassdoor reviews nor phone interviews, look for the real reviews as the recruiters know how to lie and disguise turd as cake. None of the people managers know how to grow people and none of the leaders are actual leaders. - If you are not part of the "cool crew" or are different, you will be bullied and bullies get no discipline. I was constantly abused here for my race and age and the manager kept her mouth shut so that it looked like she had a proper department that was drama free. Other senior managers and employees have already made several people breakdown and the executive leadership has simply turned a blind eye to any abuse / bullying. - Liars & rule breakers- constant financial misrepresentation and never-ending lies about national policy adherence. There are a ton of federal guidelines they have not complied with and they simply ignore concerns or blame/fire others for trying to fix this issue. - Frat house - Most who have been promoted have not earned it by work but simply by being "close friends" with the leadership or by engaging in inappropriate relationships. Not a single person who's worked hard has been rewarded and employee churn is bad. (look on linkedin at how many people have left in short time spans) - The entire leadership team can't control nor manage people, don't be tricked by any recruiters, they're professional liars and none of the people managers here have actual people management experience.

Zero transparency

Pros

The overall company mission is pretty good and necessary

Cons

The lack of communication from management to their respective teams is horrible. Company-wide layoffs throughout 2022 with no warning, giving little to no indication of any negative performance before documenting/issuing a write-up, and no one in management seemed to be on the same page regarding company policies. Besides being laid off with no warning, there is zero empathy for employees, as benefits and severance were barely enough to cover the next few weeks of unemployment. Constant promises for career growth with no plan or follow-through.
