      Buying outdated fashion wear and odd lots for wholesale?

      Cons

      Office furniture from a homeless person's garage sale Leadership that is out of touch of what their really business is Always chasing the "next hot thing" instead of laying a core foundation and strategy Constantly throwing away/wasting money and spending on BS, but stingy/broke when employees ask for tools or help Employee discrimination If you're not in the "click" then you wont stay on long Owner still has a lot of growing/maturing up to do Shady business practices/ideas

      Pros

      If you loved 6th grade, you will enjoy working here every day. The only real "pro" I see to working here is the location is right next to a major expressway. After work I can get away from there as fast as I can at the end of the day.

      Cons

      Really, where do I begin? Almost everyone that works there is inexperienced. That's because the company pays min. wage pretty much with a "promise" of bonus based on performance. The problem is that you would make more money working somewhere else for $1 more an hour than working for min. wage and getting your "bonus" when it finally comes. Also, the owner has been known to fly off the handle. Don't expect to stay here longer than 6-9 months.

      Pros

      You will definitely learn how to scam ( See the recent FOUR positive posts all within one week, coincidence that they are now hiring for many positions??)

      Cons

      Not good management, and entire office acts scared of the owner. Professionalism is no where to be found, and entrepreneurship is a very loose term that they like to throw around.
