      Pros

      A really cool, dynamic, young company where you get to work around musicians and people passionate about the product. Management takes pride in the company and are easy to talk to, any issues I ever had were always easily talked through with my superiors.

      Cons

      Not much upward mobility due to the smaller size of the company, compensation and benefits could be more competitive.
