- small, close team - ability to move quickly and implement meaningful changes often - allowed to innovate and influence the direction of product - mistakes are accepted as an occasional part of the process, no reason to fear retribution - fully remote with occasional on-site meetings

Cons

- limited resources forces the occasional crunch to meet customer demands - team and customers are spread out over several time zones so your schedule will vary often

I'm one of the original hires at StructuredWeb and have seen a lot. The fact that I'm still with the company speaks volume about the company, the culture and the CEO. One of the reasons I love working here is the people. Everyone is super-friendly and always willing to help regardless what department or team you're on. And as a female leader, I appreciate the collaboration amongst the executive team, especially the CEO.

Cons

It's a small yet resourceful company. We don't have endless budgets but we invest enough to take care of our employees.

Pros

Small and compact team that allows to very easy communication. All have a shared goal which makes it very easy to accomplish things. Knowledge sharing and transfer is easy, and for new hires they onboard quite quickly. CEO, Directors and VPs are all very intelligent and are constantly thinking of innovation. I have learned a lot from StructuredWeb that I use in every day life as well.

Cons

Small team sometimes makes it difficult to push things through quickly.
