I worked at Stuart Olson full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

If you want a salary this is the place to be.

    Cons

If you want a career this is not the place to be.

    Advice to Management

People Creating Progress mean exactly what it says. When the “Black Widow” walks around the office asking people how do we attract talented people, just to let people go the next week it does not send a positive message to employees and we all get anxious. This is not how people creating progress conduct themselves........

    I worked at Stuart Olson

    Pros

Well known Company with solid leaders at the operating level. Lots of people who are loyal to the brand and willing to help you make a success of your career if you are willing to work hard.

    Cons

HR (Human Resources) in this company, “Human Remains”............... All senior managers at all of the operating companies left since 2013 (100% Turnover). Senior leaders (SOX) are disconnected with reality.............. No stability as all the ”leaders creating progress” already left...........

    Advice to Management

Being a top employer in AB and celebrating it means nothing if you say you are a national company and not being a top rated company at a national level. Employees also resides outside of AB...............
