      Pros

      Studio M is a place where the owners and leadership really do care about their employees. They work hard to do right by us. It's a creative company that has a lot of interesting challenges, so it's never boring. It has a very casual, approachable, tight-knit culture. There is a lot of flexibility given to employees when it comes to work schedules and time off. There is generally good, regular communication about what's going on in the business. The owners work in the business day-to-day.

      Cons

      The industry has been hit hard by the pandemic, and Studio M was too. They've had to make cuts to the team, which has been hard on everyone. Lots of us have had to take on extra responsibilities.
