Interview process was decent. Did an interview with the department head, then a member of upper management with the department manager.
Questions were straight forward but oddly focused at times on weaknesses at times.
Interviews were 30 minutes to an hour which was nice. If they decide you aren't right for the position though they'll just ghost you or flat out ignore you.
So if they tell you a few weeks and you don't hear anything just move on.
Also salary was never posted or discussed.

Question 1
What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?
Of people you had previously worked with or currently work with what would they say they best and worse thing about working with you is?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Studio M (Fenton, MO) in Sep 2013
Interview
No need to dress up. The managers did most of the talking and I didn't even have to sell myself at all. That should have been a red flag. They hire anyone which, in my opinion, adds to the toxicity since employees aren't vetted very well.
