      It was interesting getting into a very niche market and gaining an understanding of the audience. Got to work with some good people, too.

      Cons

      It's a little unnerving when you realize the boss is reading your emails.

      Pros

      Though there can be busy days with a lot to learn, there's a team more than happy to work together and share knowledge toward a common goal. Its known that everyone can make a mistake - but there is room to take responsibility and be part of the solution. That kind of understanding and teamwork isn't found everywhere.

      Cons

      There is a lot to do that can pull you in different directions. It's never overwhelming and is manageable with organization but it's important to know.

      Pros

      Coworkers are helpful and supportive, you are in it together

      Cons

      The Boss is a mean, greedy, blowhard. You will hear him yelling and hollering at employees from his office no matter what role you work. God forbid you work sales - you will be trying to sell a lackluster product to famously frugal first generation immigrants who dont need it, and screamed at when you fail. Stay far away.
