Pros

Flexibility and a good team environment. Industry is great, fun and at times challenging and each day is different. Co-workers help make working here way more enjoyable.

Cons

Challenging workloads, lack of work/life balance, severely short staffed across all operational departments all while pay is not worth this extra effort. Some c-level excutives will always help while others just dont seem to care especially in the sales department. Providing Director and Executive titles to unqualified individuals did not provide role clarity, it created unproductive hierarchy, disorganization and confusion. It now takes more time to get from A to B, which is not great when we're already struggling. The current ERP system is a complete time suck, so if your not sitting waiting for that to work your trying to track someone down internally that also doesn't have enough time in the day to help.

Pros

Great peers, flexibility, some benefits

Cons

You'll work hard and lots of hours with no recognition. You're expected to work to the point of burnout and very little to no recognition. HR is never there, doesn't follow through and is always working to impress upper management. She wears tight clothes but talks about a dress code. They recently decided to take away PTO and offered unlimited time off. So everyone lost their paid time off right before furloughs and layoffs. They made out on that.

I really appreciate the candid feedback. It has been a challenging year. We always try to do right by our people and I see we fell short for you. This hurts to see and I will work hard to ensure others have a better experience. MJ
