      Pros

      The company’s innovative approach to curriculum, but credit for this really belongs to the students and teachers who enact it.

      Cons

      The company suffers immensely from the cultural problem of representing/flattering a fantastic product but filling its ranks with incompetent mediocrities. The TLP Education offshoot has routinely passed over genuinely skilled writers and instead hired nonentity hacks, thereby saving money in short-termist fashion (by bottoming out the salaries for these incompetent writers) yet damaging the quality of the organization’s brand.
