Pros
The benefits were very good.
Cons
Under new leadership that the Summit State Bank has engaged since April 2016 when Tom Duryea resigned as CEO, has changed the culture of this once great place to work and not for the better. Board members of the bank do not live in California, and the growth of the employees of the bank has become stagnated. I would disagree that Summit State Bank deserves to be recognized as one of the best places to work in Sonoma County because it's not. It's a mediocre bank without a thriving internal culture.

Cons
Chaotic Workplace. Management plays favoritism.

Pros
The staff works well together
Cons
You are constantly pressured by the President to name Summit as one of the Best Places To work in Sonoma county. Staff has to pretend that everything is fine, when it is not. It really is not a locally owned bank, it is owned by people out of state. Confidentiality between management and employees is violated by management. People who don't work there anymore are happy about not working there anymore.
