Great Learning, Design Taking, Always ready to adapt changes as per current market requirements. Top most person of the organisation Kushagra Nandan & Adarsh Das are very cooperative and they always motivate to do work with your best. I learn everything about solar here from grass-root level.
Micro Management, Favoritism by Seniors demotivates others, taking wrong decision by them and put blame on resources and hide their in-ability.
Advice to Management
People should be led not managed. There is a different between a leader and manager. A leader can make challenges, tasks fun. They lead and guide the staffs to achieve certain results. They can bring out the smiles of staffs even when facing challenges. But managers unfortunately usually creates stressful situations by challenging staffs without guidance, micro managing them. Worst of all, not encouraging staffs and sometimes even claim credit for a task accomplished by the staffs. So SSE needs leaders not managers.

Worked as an intern in the Business Development team for a period of 4 months. It was a good experience working in a startup. The office comprised of young and energetic member who were well versed in their respective domains and were very kind and helpful in every way.
