      Pros

      It’s refreshing to work at an establishment where upper-management and ownership truly care about your development. I’ve worked at top corporations in my career, and none have prioritize my well-being like Sun Source Energy.

      Cons

      Prior con was not having insurance, however, they began offering dental, health, and vision in 2024.

      Lots of opportunities to learn and to work. Female friendly company, gives equal treatment to male and female employees. Provides diversified exposure of national and international markets.

      Every organisation has good and bad parts but there is nothing as such to worry about.
