    One of largest photovoltaics manufacturers till 2012
    Good quality products and technology

    Cons

    After 2012 had serious financial troubles which lead to disruption and acquisition
    Could not adapt to market changes

    Direkte Kollegen an Niederlassung, kollegial, guter Zusammenhalt

    Kulturelle Barrieren zwischen chinesischer und europäischer Kultur
    Arbeitspensum sehr hoch, keine festen Arbeitszeiten (verschiedene Zeitzonen Europa, China, Amerika verlangen ständige Erreichbarkeit und Aktivwerden)
    Kein Vertrauen in Professionalität und Fachwissen im eigenen Arbeitsbereich von Seiten der Manager

    Advice to Management

    Das Management sollte mehr in die Fachkompetenz der Angestellten und ihre Kenntnisse des eigenen Marktes vertrauen und diese in ihrem Handeln beachten. Auch sollte eine bessere Balance zwischen tatsächlichem und realistisch zu bewältigendem Arbeitspensum geschaffen werden.
