      Meeting people from all parts of the world. Employee surf sessions.

      Cons

      They fire and hire. Not just hospitality, but leads, general managers. They do not care about built relationships amongst guests and employees. No matter what you do, you will eventually find yourself in an unfair predicament and before you know it, will be offered severance pay along with your termination.
