      Pros

      You will learn many new skillsets. Mostly independent work. The work is a craftmanship and you can enjoy the outcome of each job done right.

      Cons

      Lots of chemical fumes, silica dust and removed surface particles, paint spray fumes, and chemical mixing dangers. This can be also dangerous to your health without proper PPE. Mostly wear a mask. An aspiring franchise so there are quarks and hurdles to what works for repairs and what doesn't.

      They had a great starting entry salary.

      Cons

      I’m only speaking for my location. But wasn’t getting full time hours I was promised Never received a company vehicle Boss refused to give company cards for materials. Insisted on a “pay you back method”

      You get hours sometimes...that's about it

      Cons

      Working with carcinogens when an owner is too cheap to buy proper PPE. Being nitpicked by people who can't even get their own hands dirty...typical cultlike "trust the process" brainwashing. Lots of devilcorp vibes. Unless you really need something to pay the bills, steer clear. Not a healthy or prosperous field. No long term prospects either. Dead end.
