      Pros

      Survey Analytic s is very nice company to work with. People are really awesome specially leads, STRONG piller of organization. Work goes in very fast pace and you get to learn new things. Work is also very interesting. Work culture is also great. Your work will get valued and appreciated. No politics just work.

      Nothing as such that I can complaint.

      1. Appreciation if you perform well 2. Opportunity to present ideas. 3. Friendly environment. 4. Flexible timings as long as you complete your work on time. As said by Steve Jobs - "It doesn't make sense to hire smart people and then tell them what to do; we hire smart people so they can tell us what to do" . This is exactly what SA does.

      Pros

      Lot to learn from everybody around you. Everybody gets a equal chance to submit their ideas and present them. Very approachable Senior Management. I can talk to the CEO anytime! You get the space to think and do innovative stuff. You get your share of appreciation and the reviews are based on performance only. So if you are performing up to the expectations, you will be rewarded! Besides all these things, personally you get ample opportunities to demonstrate and enhance your skills and abilities.

      Cons

      I think the problem is very severe - the coffee in the office is bad. ;) Interaction with the sales representative overseas is limited - which can be improved.
