Nice people, comfortable office, good president who cares about the company and employees.

Cons

You just cannot share your work experience. It's like you have nothing to add to your resume. The longer you work there, the harder it is to find another job. Other companies are not interested in you. Also, too much of everything, and a lot of weird things. People who work there, will understand what I say. Do you love micromanagement? Yes? This company is for you.

*Global organization, so you are working with colleagues in NY, India and London. *Culture focuses on continued professional development and growth. *Transparent organization that focuses less on hierarchy and more on team collaboration in hitting goals. *The head of the business sits right on the floor with us and is approachable.

Cons

Due too the research aspect of the work, the office can be quite at times, but we make up for that at our weekly team lunches (paid for by the company).
