Pros
Free lunch, free bus from Jurong East MRT, expect to go home on time everyday and not much OT, good if you are planning to retire
Cons
AWS 1 month, 1st year no bonus as bonus only kicks in 2nd year onwards' following July performance review. Expect average 1-2 months bonus split into 3 quarters. Company is in a messy state (keep changing departments, bosses etc.), company is still trying to firm up the top management and still not settled down. Extremely slow paced, learning is slow and guidance is poor - Not advisable for fresh grads. Many non Singaporean employees.

working on ships, you have flexible timing on arrival and leaving after job. collegues were friendly and funny.
Cons
Very low pay for graduate engineer. Attached mentor will almost never supervise you. You are left on your own to learn. Top management are all finance people and none engineers. They only care about their money.
